Found a wrong time, a bad date, or a typo? We want to know. Time data changes — governments alter time zone rules, holidays shift — and software has bugs, so corrections from readers genuinely improve the site.

How to report an error

Email: [email protected]

> Note for the site owner: this address is a placeholder. Replace it with a real, monitored inbox before publishing this page, and remove this note.

When you write, including these details helps us fix things fast:

1. The page URL where you saw the problem.

2. What you expected and what the site showed instead.

3. Your time zone (or the cities/zones involved), if relevant.

4. A screenshot, if the problem is visual.

Example: "On worldtimewise.com/time-zone-converter, converting 2026-11-01 01:30 from America/New_York to Europe/London gave X, but I expected Y because Z."

What happens next

We check every report against the IANA time zone database and our calculation code. If the bug is ours, we fix it and note the fix. If the discrepancy comes from your browser's time zone data being out of date, we'll tell you that and suggest updating your browser. If a government recently changed a rule, the fix may need to wait for the database update to reach browsers — we'll explain that too.

Other feedback

Suggestions for new tools, clearer explanations, or better wording are welcome at the same address. We can't promise to build everything requested, but we read it all.

We don't offer phone support, and there is no mailing list to join. If you need an urgent answer about a time-sensitive matter, please don't rely on email — consult an authoritative source directly (see our terms on critical use).

A note on response times

This is a small, independently run project, not a staffed support desk. We aim to acknowledge error reports within a few days, but there may be slower stretches. Reports with the details listed above get fixed fastest, because they let us reproduce the problem without a round of follow-up questions.
