Meeting Planner
Add up to 10 places and see, at a glance, when everyone's working day overlaps. Each column is the same 15-minute moment worldwide; each row shows what time that moment is locally, color-coded by work hours. Daylight saving for your chosen date is built in.

How to read the grid
Pick a date and add the places your attendees are in. Every column is one 15-minute slice of that date in UTC; every row converts it to local time for one place. Green cells fall inside the 9-to-5 working day, amber cells are edge hours, grey cells are off hours. The suggested slots underneath are the longest stretches where every place is green at once.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best time for a meeting across US, European and Asian time zones?
The overlap of normal work hours across those regions is narrow. Mornings in the US (8–10 AM Eastern) are afternoons in Europe (2–4 PM CET) and late evening in India (6:30–8:30 PM IST), which is usually the most workable window. Add your cities to the planner above and it will highlight the exact slots where everyone is in work hours.
How are work, edge and off hours defined?
Work hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time. Edge hours (7–9 AM and 5–10 PM) are shown in amber — workable but outside the core day. Everything else counts as off hours. These are general defaults, not a rule about any specific workplace.
Does the meeting planner account for daylight saving time?
Yes. Every slot is evaluated against the daylight-saving rules in force on the date you pick, using the IANA time zone database. A slot that works in January may not work in July, and the planner reflects that.
How do I share a meeting plan with attendees?
Use the "Copy link" button. The locations and date are encoded in the URL, so anyone opening the link sees the same grid. You can also export a chosen slot as an .ics calendar file.
Why do some dates show no good slots at all?
When locations are spread very widely — for example San Francisco, London and Sydney — there may be no 15-minute window where all of them are inside 9-to-5. The planner then suggests the least-bad options, where the most places are in work or edge hours.
